Rajeev Saini, M.D., Alicia Bair, MD, Brittany Todd, PA-C, Melissa Rogers and Sarah Oddo take pride in serving our patients with advanced personalized care, using only the highest quality medical treatment techniques, including physicals, various lab tests, nutrition counseling, and minor surgical procedures. Rajeev Saini, MD, FACP

Dr. Rajeev Saini joined Northway Medical Associates in 1996, after finishing an internship and a residency in internal medicine at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He attended medical school at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India. Dr. Saini is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

He has a special interest in bariatric medicine as well as the prevention and management of chronic diseases. He is married to Charu Saini, a practicing dentist in Liverpool, New York, and has twin daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Alicia Bair, MD

Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Alicia Bair lived in New York City, Vermont and the Hudson River area before moving to Syracuse to go to Upstate Medical School (then known as SUNY Health Science Center). She stayed in Syracuse for her Internal Medicine Residency and completed a Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology. She worked in that field, most recently as Assistant Professor at Upstate Medical University. Working in cancer medicine helped Dr. Bair appreciate the importance of disease prevention, screening and developing healthy habits. She joined Northway Medical in the fall of 2021 and is now working as a primary care physician.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling, photography, museums, concerts and other cultural events. To help her stay healthy she takes, and sometimes teaches, classes in dance, yoga and Pilates. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, who live all over the country, and her dog, Opie.

Heidi Czajkowski, RPA-C

Heidi Czajkowski is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who joined Northway Medical in 2025. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in 2009. With over five years of experience in family medicine, Heidi transitioned to obesity medicine in 2014, joining Medical Weight Loss of NY. She is passionate about helping patients improve their health through sustainable weight loss and healthier lifestyle choices. An active member of the Obesity Medicine Association since 2015, Heidi also holds the Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine.

Outside of her professional life, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Her hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, and indoor rock climbing.

Deneen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as of 2024. She began her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and earned her Associate degree in Nursing from CCC in 2007. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, in 2011. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner program—at Le Moyne College in Syracuse.

Since 2000, she has worked in a variety of nursing settings, including emergency care, intensive care, and psychiatric care. She is also wound care certified, bringing valuable experience to her current role in primary care.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends.

Kirsten is a certified Family Care Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 2005 and practiced as an RN until 2011. She then attended State University of New York at Upstate Medical University and received a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree. She has experience in otolaryngology, women’s health, and family care.

She is nationally certified by and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Practitioners Association.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and her three pugs.
