Appointments
We understand that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. However, we please ask for a courtesy call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule to allow us the opportunity to offer other patients your appointment time. Please be aware that if we do not receive 24 hours notice, you may be assessed a “No Show” fee depending on the time allotted for the appointment. We thank you for your cooperation.
Medication Lists
For routine visits, we please ask that you supply us with a list of all of the medications you are currently taking, including details such as strength, dosage, and how you take the medicine.
Prescription Refills
If you would like to leave prescription requests with our Fulton or Baldwinsville medical team, please call our office and when prompted, press '2.' When leaving a request, please include your name, date of birth, medication name with spelling, dose, and how the medication is taken. Please allow at least 48-72 business hours’ notice for prescription refills as the doctors are not always in the office the day that you call to sign the prescription.
After-Hours Care
For the convenience and health of our patients, we offer 24-hour, on-call emergency service. In the event that you are in need of after-hours care, please contact the office of your choice to obtain the phone number for the doctor who is on call.
